Periodically, I send out an e-newsletter with helpful (I hope) information on essential oils, floral waters, and other health-related
topics. I share my experiences and the experiences of my friends and colleagues. Newsletters may have a particular essential oil featured or I may have a brief informational piece on a particular way I use oils or a particular condition.
