Sacred Mountain
  Home
Sacred Mountain, as its name implies, is full of essential oils that help create a feeling of protection, grounding, and
empowerment.  The conifer tree oils represent the sacred feeling of mountains.  This blend of oils may also be soothing to the
respiratory system and help the body rid itself of bacteria.  I really love the way it smells – like a walk in a coniferous forest on a
cool day!

Sacred Mountain contains the following essential oils:

  -  Spruce – grounding, balancing, and helps one release emotional blocks

  -  Ylang Ylang – may help balance female-male energies to help us move closer to spiritual attunement

  -  Fir – grounding, anchoring, empowering

  -  Cedarwood – traditionally used by Native Americans to enhance their abilities for spiritual communication

Uses

I use Sacred Mountain after I travel, especially by airplane.  I put it on my feet to help ground myself.  I also put it on my wrists
and/or feet when feeling agitated – it slows my down and helps me to get back into balance.  I also diffuse it – the room smells
wonderful!  It is lovely in bath water (with my favorite, inexpensive, skin-soothing mix of ½ to ¾ cups of sea salt and baking
soda).  I also use Sacred Mountain when giving massages – it is so calming and balancing.  And the Spruce is helpful for
aching joints and bones.

Sacred Mountain is a wonderful aromatic helper when I want to meditate.  It helps me go deeply within myself.  I also share it
with friends when I go to drumming circle – I love the messages I get from my journeys when I use Sacred Mountain!  This is
one of my favorite, favorite oils.
