Raven
  Home
Raven was formulated to help our respiratory systems fight off infections and disease.  It also may help relieve symptoms
from conditions like asthma and bronchitis.  It is especially useful for upper respiratory problems.

Raven contains:

  -  Ravensara - considered a healing oil in Madagascar – may be very helpful to the respiratory system and has been shown
to help relieve symptoms of sinusitis, flu, and bronchitis.

  -  Eucalyptus radiata - helpful to the respiratory system, especially the nasal mucous membranes.

  -  Peppermint - helpful for different respiratory conditions, is high in menthol, which helps suppress coughs and clears
congestion.

  -  Wintergreen/Birch - these oils contain 99 percent methyl salicylate, which is known to be cortisone-like.

  -  Lemon - increases microcirculation, has been studied for its antiseptic-like properties and its effects on the immune
system.

Uses:

I rub Raven on my chest every morning after I shower.  Sometimes I rub it on before I get in the shower, as the hot water helps
it to penetrate deeply faster.  I love to just inhale it when I feel a little stuffy.  If I find myself in a smoky environment, I use it as
soon as I get home to give my lungs some extra support.

Raven can be diffused, massaged on the bottoms of the feet, applied over the throat and lung area.  It can be rubbed on one’s
pillow at night.
