Purification is a blend of oils created to help purify and cleanse the air, neutralize mildew, cigarette smoke, and other odors,
repel insects, bugs, and mice, and can neutralize poison from insect bites.  It contains the essential oils of:     -  Citronella – has many properties to help deal with bacteria, inflammation, sanitizing, purifying, and insects.     -  Lemongrass – helps deal with bacteria and inflammation.  It also may help lift the spirit.     -  Rosemary cineol – may help reduce mental fatigue, stimulate merves, and helps deal with infection.     -  Melaleuca – can act as a blood cleanser and detoxifier, as well as helping deal with fungus, bacteria, microbes, and infection.     -  Lavandin – helps deal with fungus, bacteria, and sepsis.     -  Myrtle – is known for its ability to decongest the respiratory system, as well as its ability to deal with bacteria and sepsis.   Purification can be diffused to purify the air.  I put several drops on cotton balls or pads and put it in my car to neutralize odors.  I have used it to keep mice out of my daughter’s house (she lives on a farm) by placing soaked cotton in cupboards and closets.  It disappoints the cats, but I like living mice-free!   A drop on an insect bite may help draw out the poison.  This can be repeated until the sting/swelling lessens.  I also keep a glass spray bottle of Purification and distilled water to use when a spray is more convenient.  I use about 10 drops in 4 ounces of water – however the amount can be adjusted depending on the use.   At my daughter’s house, I put ‘many’ drops on cotton and placed it down a hole under her porch where wasps were congregating.  It slowed them down a bit.  I also sprayed a stronger concoction (lots of Purification, I am afraid I wasn’t counting drops, in distilled water) down the same hole.  This needed to be done several times a day, as we were unable to get to the wasp’s nest because it was under an enclosed porch.  I also sprayed two nests that were visible under the eaves.  They are no longer in use.   According to my reference books, Lemon essential oil can be added to the Purification to increase its effectiveness.  One reference book suggests making a spray of 5 drops of Purification and 5 drops of Lemon oil in 2 ounces of distilled water to help repel wasps and other insects.  I will try it this coming summer!   For more information email Nancy Cebula or call her at 303.499.1607.
