Mister
  Home
Mister was originally formulated to balance male energy and help with regulation of the prostate function.  I have found, as
have other women, that it also helps stop hot flashes.  Mister contains:

  -  Sage – which may help with the balance of estrogen and progesterone-testosterone.  It is believed that sage contains
elements that may contribute to the secretion of progesterone-testosterone.

  -  Fennel – may help support the liver and digestive system and may help balance hormones.

  -  Lavender – traditionally this has been used to balance the body, wherever it is needed.  Lavender also in anti-inflammatory
and may help reduce inflammation of the prostate.

  -  Myrtle – is known for being a decongestant of the prostate and the respiratory system.

  -  Yarrow – may help decongest the prostate and balance hormones.

  -  Peppermint – is anti-inflammatory for the prostate.

  -  Carrier Oil – sesame oil.

Suggested applications:

Mister may be massaged on the ankles, below the anklebone, from the inside of the ankle, across the top, to the outside of the
ankle.  Mister can also be massaged in the region between the rectum and the scrotum.  A friend told me that it felt better if a
bit more vegetable oil was added to the Mister before applying it this way.  Oils can always be massaged on the bottoms of
the feet, too, as they are readily absorbed there and quickly go to the part of the body that needs them.  Cautions:  Use with
care if susceptible to epilepsy and avoid if pregnant.
