M-Grain
  Home
M-Grain is a blend of therapeutic-grade essential oils that have been traditionally used to relieve headaches and problems
related to migraine headaches.  In addition, these oils were used to help relieve nausea and to uplift the emotions when one is
depressed.  The oils in M-Grain also make it a nice blend for relieving sore and aching muscles.

M-Grain contains:

  -  Marjoram – soothes aching muscles, assists in relieving muscle spasms and migraine headaches, and calming nerves.

  -  Lavender – is relaxing and calming, helps relieve nervous tension, stress, and the resultant headaches.

  -  Peppermint – historically, highly regarded herbs for soothing the digestive system; has been studied for its ability to
improve concentration, and mental accuracy; may relieve headaches.

  -  Basil – can be relaxing to muscles and the digestive system; has been found to relieve mental fatigue.

  -  Roman Chamomile – calming, relieves muscle tension.

  -  Helichrysum – studied for its ability to regenerate tissue and nerves and for improving circulation

Application

For headaches and migraines:  M-Grain is most effective when one inhales it.  Rub 1 or 2 drops in the palm of hand, cup hand
over nose, and inhale.  Can also massage on the back of the neck, temples, on the fleshy area below the thumbs, and bottoms
of feet.  My friend, Kathryn, says that M-Grain relieves most of the symptoms of her migraine headaches.  She describes the
result as having the migraine ‘an arm’s length away’, which enables her to function normally even with the migraine.
