Joy
  Home
Joy is a beautiful complimentary blend of oils.  When inhaled, it brings back memories of being loved, being held, sharing
loving times, feeling and opening these blocks in our lives where perhaps we have shut down to love or receiving love or love
of self.  Joy can help overcome grief and depression.  When there is grief, the adenoids and the adrenal glands shut down;
Joy opens these glands.   The fragrance of this blend of oils promotes the feelings of love, self-love, and confidence.

Joy contains these oils:

  -  Rose

  -  Bergamot

  -  Mandarin

  -  Ylang Ylang

  -  Lemon

  -  Jasmine

  -  Palmarosa

  -  Roman Chamomile

  -  Rosewood

  -  Geranium

My favorite way to use Joy is to massage 3- 6 drops on the bottom of each foot.  I also rub it over my heart, ears, neck, thymus,
heart chakra, temples, across brow, and wrists.  I put Joy in bath water (4-8 drops).  I use it as compress or dilute with oil for a
full body massage.  I place it on areas of poor circulation. When I am feeling down, I put 5 drops in my non-dominant hand, stir
3 times, massage over my heart and breathe deeply.   I often wear Joy as perfume or cologne, especially over the heart.   I do
avoid exposing skin to sunlight for 3 to 6 hours after applying Joy as Bergamot and Lemon can cause photo-sensitivity.
