Believe has fast become one of my ‘can’t do without’ oils.  I love the way it smells – the balsam fir is so refreshing.  I love the
way it soothes sore muscles, so use it in many massages.  This blend of oils helps support the circulatory, immune, and respiratory systems.  It is also helpful to smell when one is going to meditate as it can raise one’s spiritual awareness.    Believe contains:     -  Idaho Balsam Fir - helps relax the body, yet can stimulate the mind. Can help relieve muscles and joints that are overworked and tired.                      -  Rosewood - soothing to the skin, relaxing to the body.     -  Frankincense - traditionally a holy oil used to help improve communication with the higher spirits; may help oxygenate the pituitary and pineal glands.   Uses:   I use Believe often!  I put it on tense, tired muscles.  In fact, I use it in most of my massages, alone or with some Marjoram, to ‘untie’ those knots I find in people’s muscles.  I inhale it and massage it on my temples, neck, and at the base of my skull when I have a headache.  I sniff it when I am driving to stay alert.    For more information email Nancy Cebula or call her at 303.499.1607.
